How insanely addictive is this neon coral color? Between the swoon-worthy hue and the cute twist front detail, I knew as soon as I saw this sweater, I had to have it. I cannot wait until the temperature drops again so that I can wear it out for date night or just for lounging on the weekends. It will look so cute with a lace bralette peaking out from the neckline and shoulders too!

These photos were taken a few weekends ago when we had a glorious break in the summer heat. It ended up being the perfect time to break out some of my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale purchases and get some photos for the blog. We are just getting back into the swing of blogging, so I hope to start posting a few times a week on a regular basis. Between wedding planning and our day jobs, it hasn’t been the easiest to prioritize the blog, but I have a renewed energy to produce content and hopefully you enjoy it. And since Kevin is my photographer, it gives us something fun to work on together!
I need to take a few moments to rave about these jeans and booties (in addition to the sweater, of course). I got my first pair of Good American jeans during last year’s nsale and became obsessed. The high-waist fit and slight stretch in the denim help keep everything pulled in tight and kept in place around the middle and the dark wash is super flattering. The jeans are also available in both regular and plus sizes, I always appreciate inclusive brands! These will definitely be a staple from now through the fall. Also a staple? These brown suede booties! I love the chunky heel, how the construction feels a little western, and the leg-elongating pointy toe. They are TTS, on sale for under $100, and come in 4 colors. I think they will be perfect with a little floral sundress for a during the summer too.
